DTF & vinyl
Heat transfers are a great option for a bold vivid colour pop or to make a statement.
What is DTF?
DTF is short for 'Direct to film'. It is a printing method where we print a digital layer of your design using water-based inks. The method works great for photographic images or designs with solid block colours. Once the print colours have been applied to the films we add a white underbase using screen printing. Powder is then coated onto the exposed ink ready for pressing onto your chosen garment.
DTF is an alternative to DTG. It has more of a film feel with an amazing stretch characteristics which makes it perfect for polyester.

what is vinyl ?
Vinyls are set colours and special effects that can be cut using a special CAD machine, we then weed out the material we don't need and heat apply the vinyl to the garment using heat press, we have a range of colours to choose from including the following special effects. Please see further down the page for a selection of materials we use regularly.
