DIRECT TO GARMENT
Direct to garment printing (DTG) is an alternative to screen printing. This is a fast and convenient process that works great for small orders and for customers who want to print a design with a lot of different colors, without making a large investment into screens.
what is dtg
DTG stands for Direct-to-Garment which is a technique that involves jetting or spraying of special aqueous inks from print heads directly onto the surface of textiles.
This is a great option for clients who have photographic or fine detailed designs. There is also no limit on colours.
Prints on dark garments require a pretreatment stage in the printing process. It is a cured underbase which allows print colours to lay ontop of the garments, simular to screen printing. This extra stage is not required on white garments as the white acts as underbase.

Quality
We own a top of the range DTG printer which is used in-house.
Our machine is maintained daily and kept clean for maximum quality for every single job. All our inks are original and directly ordered from the manufacturer so the extra expense is visible.
As we are a screen printing company, we have use of our tunnel dryer to dry/cure ink. Creating great ink textures which can be lost if cured using a heatpress.
